Binnacle Training, in collaboration with SmartSkill, is hosting a Certificate Il in Tourism (SIT20122) workshop for Binnacle-partnered schools and teachers. This unique professional development opportunity will be held over two days and utilise Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) from delivering Binnacle business courses and general teacher responsibilities. This workshop will also include a half-day tourism industry visit to the Howard Smith Wharves Precinct.

Before commencing the course, teachers must have a current Binnacle profile or set up a profile and upload all necessary supporting documents. A Tourism VCU will also needed to be completed prior to attending. 

This course aims to help business teachers gain the necessary qualifications to deliver Cert Il in Tourism, which can delivered as a standalone course or embedded within Certificate Ill in Business.
